The Water Seekers Fellowship 2022

Theme for The Water Seekers' Fellowship 2022 is "Flowing Rivers"

Launched in 2020, the Water Seekers’ Fellowship (WSF) is a collaborative initiative between the SPRF India, New Delhi and the Living Waters Museum (LWM) at IISER-Pune. This year, we are joined by World Wide Fund for Nature, India as the third partner. WSF seeks to engage with researchers who have built an interdisciplinary understanding of “water” to craft visual narratives and provide holistic, evidence-based policy recommendations that inform a series of challenges surrounding waterscapes across India.

This year (2022), the third edition of WSF will engage with the theme of ‘Flowing Rivers’ to expand the scope of the fellowship beyond metropolitan areas and cities and include regional voices and perspectives from rural, peri-urban, and remote regions. WSF 3.0 will focus on strengthening advocacy by researchers and field practitioners to provide a policy lens in understanding concerns related to flowing rivers distribution and management.
